Snack of the week - Kuroke

Kuroke, or a croquette, is essentially a really highly tasty chunk of fried stuff.

Potatoes are the key ingredient.

However, if you can find a meat shop making kuroke, then you've effectively struck a rich vein of pure gold.

This is one such a place.

Warm, meaty, crunchy, and completely full of fat and badness.

But that doesn't matter, as long as you can soak it off in the onsen, I believe.
