Now, according to Wikipedia, Vanadium is a byproduct of Uranium mining and Russian and Chinese steel production.
It is an essential element for "ascidians or sea squirts in vanadium chromagen proteins".
It "plays a very limited role in biology".
But it does increase insulin sensitivity. ("Great, I`ll take ten cases").
However, all Vanadium compounds are toxic.
Luckily, it doesn't get into your body when you drink it. ("Uuh, about that Vanadium order...")
I may leave this one to the sea cucumbers.
